[dart] Work around Firefox processes hanging.

The Firefox processes are hanging and the test.py steps are failing. However
the steps are still producing valid results. Let's temporarily ignore these
failures until we come up with a solution to stop them from leaking.

Hi build contributor! If you do any change in scripts/master/ or touching any master's html/ directories, you must restart master.chromium.fyi first and ensure that it still works before restarting other masters.
