Switching to the better optimized llvm-cov binary.

Based on my reading of generate_coverage_metadata.py, it should
be able to accept the binary without change, since it never lost
support for the original (unsharded) output format.

Hi build contributor! If you do any change in scripts/master/ or touching any master's html/ directories, you must restart master.chromium.fyi first and ensure that it still works before restarting other masters.
