Always halt on missing build Very old code which was conditional. I don't see any reason to try to run a build when we can't find the build to download. Hi build contributor! If you do any change in scripts/master/ or touching any master's html/ directories, you must restart master.chromium.fyi first and ensure that it still works before restarting other masters.
