brillo flash: Add support for --blueprint.
This CL adds basic support for --blueprint to brillo flash:
* `brillo flash --blueprint ...` will flash the latest image built for
that blueprint.

TEST=brillo flash --device .. --blueprint .. works.
TEST=`cros flash gizmoip gizmo` works
TEST=unittests.
