[lldb] Remove scoped timer from high firing and fast running ExtractUnitDIENoDwoIfNeeded Profiles show that `DWARFUnit::ExtractUnitDIENoDwoIfNeeded` is both high firing (tens of thousands of calls) and fast running (15 µs mean).
