The tool complained about a couple of issues, this patch adds small tweaks to make cec-compliance tool more happy: 1. Set OSD name on the device (that does not seem to be required by the standard, but the tool complains if we don't have it set and it is an easy fix). 2. Instead of responding to standby request with 'feature abort' we simply ignore it (as per spec). Note - with that change the tool still complains that we haven't gone to standby while instructed to do so, but IMO that is OK as the specification allows for devices like for example PCs to ignore standby requests. With the patch applied the only error reported by the tool is about cecservice ignoring standby requests. BUG=chromium:828820 TEST=Run unit test and run cec-compliance tool. Reason for revert: Breaks video decoding on most intel platforms, e.g., caroline and samus Original change's description: > i915: Add GBM_BO_USE_HW_VIDEO_DECODER use flag > > This flag is used to indicate that the platform video decoder will be > writing into this buffer and that it should be allocated > accordingly. On Intel, this means that we have to allocate y-tiled > NV12 for libva to be able to decode to the buffer. > > We force gralloc NV12 allocations to be linear for now, since ARC++ > doesn't properly pass modifiers to ChromeOS. > > BUG=822346 > TEST=test_that graphics_Gbm > > Change-Id: I840c30d22355d26816df718b49717407e2e4620f > Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/996648 > Commit-Ready: ChromeOS CL Exonerator Bot <chromiumos-cl-exonerator@appspot.gserviceaccount.com> > Tested-by: Kristian H. Shill will soon spawn openvpn as user/group 'shill' before openvpn drops to user/group 'openvpn'. Startup process for openvpn needs write access to /dev/net/tun, which requires making shill user part of the 'tun' group and allowing the jailed openvpn process to inherit the supplementary groups from the 'shill' UID before dropping to 'openvpn'. Unfortunately, adding this single flag pushed the number of args in the ProcessManager:SpawnProcessInMinijailWithPipes function to 11, which is effectively prevented by gMock code, which only allows for mocking functions that use up to 10 arguments. Hence, this code also refactors the function to take in a struct with the 3 standard file descriptors instead of passing them each individually as arguments.
