This is the first step of user session isolation: put the browser process tree in a new mount namespace when in Guest mode. The reason to do this for Guest mode initially is just reduced chance of breakage. Back when the below bug was filed, the interaction between session_manager and Chrome was a lot simpler: Chrome would display the login screen, the user would log in, and then and session manager would relaunch Chrome after cryptohomed had mounted the user's encrypted home directory. Nowadays, big features like ARC and Crostini have added a lot of complexity to the runtime environment of a logged-in Chrome OS user: there are nested namespaces, bind mounts between them, and complex propagation of mount points. Blindly putting the user session (i.e. the Chrome browser process tree) in a bunch of namespaces is bound to subtly break things. Start shaving this yak by isolating Guest mode sessions, which don't support many of the above features. Put Guest mode process trees in a new mount namespace to see how viable mount namespace isolation for Chrome is in practice. A full solution should eventually cut down file system exposure even further by hiding everything but the root file system and bind-mounting locations that Chrome has legitimate reasons to access. This CL introduces a struct to configure the BrowserJob class. A cmdline flag controls user session isolation, so that we can roll things back if they break. BUG=chromium:216789 TEST=Unit tests pass.
