With the new API the syscall arguments are passed in a struct pt_regs instead of individual parameters. For the rk3288 uprev we also need to support arm32, which still uses the old API. Add a set of macros for defining and declaring alt-syscalls, the macros generate wrapper functions with the correct syscall API depending on the CPU architecture. These wrappers then invoke do_<alt_sys_call>() with the actual implementation of the syscall. As an extra the macros hide the boilerplate code for retrieving the syscall arguments from the pt_regs struct. When receiving a packet from its peer, usbip code parses headers according to protocol. As part of this parsing urb->actual_length is filled. Since the input for urb->actual_length comes from the network, it should be treated as untrusted. Any entity controlling the network may put any value in the input and the preallocated urb->transfer_buffer may not be large enough to hold the data. Thus, the malicious entity is able to write arbitrary data to kernel memory. Also add a few notes about how many clients don't really support CSA (they won't really follow the "new channel" announcement) -- but at least they intentionally disconnect. mac80211 even prevents sending a DEAUTH, presumably to be extra nice to detected radar. This helps justify its utility even for platforms that otherwise complain like this in their logs: driver doesn't support chan-switch with channel contexts Also fix up the control file whitespace to satisfy the pre-upload check. The problem with the video console is that once it reaches the end of the screen it starts to scroll, and since the framebuffer is backed by writethrough memory memcpying the whole thing line by line is very slow. We don't normally fill the screen with just the netboot output, but the FIT loading output afterwards generates a lot of spam (depending on the amount of packaged device trees). This is a quick and easy hack to disable further video console output after we're through the network parts that really interest us. The last thing users will see on a successful boot is the kernel command line. Existing output will stay on the screen until the kernel takes over the display, but it will not add new messages added by the boot code. BRANCH=None BUG=None TEST=Booted Kevin. This was no big deal since all our periodics are 1 hour or more. However, bug 186426 wants to add a time-to-first-run of ~10 minutes, so the extra 5 minutes is noticable. BUG=chromium:186426 TEST=Ran OS; made sure crash_sender is still triggering after just over an hour. Additionally this CL does: - Simplifies regular expressions. Instead of having 4 different regular expressions to parse dumpsys, now all activity-related info is consolidated in getTasksInfo(), making it easier to maintain and simplifies the activity code. - Swipe code is delegated to input.Touch. - generateTouches() moved inside ResizeWindow(). Misc: Some docs were reformated. Joined some lines to make it easier to read.
