Oscar Mira-Sanchez reported an integer overflow in the
netsnmp_create_subtree_cache() function in agent/snmp_agent.c when
processing GETBULK requests.

SNMP server. NOTE: The attacker needs to know the community string to
exploit this vulnerability.
