REVERT ME: battery firmware updater: Enable auto start on startup
THIS PATCH MUST BE REVERTED, this enables the firmware updater, which
we want a signed image for to update MP signed systems. The firmware
update process can take a long time, causes the battery to cut off, and
thus requires AC connected. This should never make it to beta and will
be reverted after a few canary builds are built and tested.
- Enable Battery firmware updater auto start on startup.
- Add AC_PRESENT check option
