bluetooth_audio: playback audio file with file-format=wav
The default file format of pacat playback is raw. We need to
explicitly specify the file format to be wav so that the
wav header is not mistakenly treated as audio data.

- bluetooth_AdapterAUSanity.au_hfp_nbs_dut_as_source_test
The periodic spikes originally spanned over about 30 samples.
Now it becomes only 1 sample with a bit larger amplitude.
