bluetooth: Add bluetooth tester as chameleon device

In order for our SDP* tests to work on raspberry pi peer, this CL
adds the bluetooth_tester as a peer within chameleon. To make this
happen, I have imported bluetooth_socket.py and bluetooth_sdp_socket.py
from autotest, as this drastically simplifies this migration.
