bluetooth_audio: support handling recorded streams chunk by chunk
This patch supports to get one chunk from the stdout of the recorded
subprocess, and write them into individual wav files so that they
can be sent to the DUT for verification of the primary frequencies.

TEST=Run bluetooth_AdapterAUSanity tests and they should all pass.
