cheza: Patch device tree with MACs from VPD
Read Bluetooth and WiFi MACs from the VPD and patch them into the
device tree.

TEST=on cheza:
kernel with support for reading BT MAC from 'local-bd-address' and
DT alias 'bluetooth0'
set 'bluetooth_mac0' in the VPD
reboot DUT
run 'hciconfig hci0'
=> MAC matches 'bluetooth_mac0'
