dockerfiles: uprev TI's Zephyr sources

We need to uprev TI's Zephyr sources inside our building docker
to enable twister usage. Also we should do it frequently, at least
before we confirmed with TI different way.

TEST=build container, run twister inside it
     also build and run FW using it, perform few tests:
	   - talk to Dolos via terminal and doloscmd
	   - flash and rollback FW few times
           - connect dolos to cable and DUT, flash eeprom
           - fully enable DUT setup, confirm we can power from battery
	     and read valid info via ectool battery
