Dolos: Adjust current limit and Enable I2C Shell

Adjust the current limit for the buck-boost
to 12.7A (the max). The hardware is protected by
eFuses so this should reduce Dolos over current
events.

Enable the I2C Shell by default. This will allow
experiments with the other buck-boost registers
and can aid in debugging.
