Add secure and verify method

Add 2 factory options:
- C: SeCure: does a secure erase using storage firmware code
[both SATA and eMMC], and write a pattern with fio to scramble the
device.
- Y: VerifY: Use fio to check the pattern is there, proving the disk
has been erased properly.

TEST=Check other commands still work.
