factory_install: Report software write protection by flashrom.
The crossystem property "sw_wpsw_boot" is currently only supported on Baytrail
systems. We have to call "flashrom --wp-status" for most systems.

TEST=Boots on Nyan and see "SW write protect" with correct values.
