Immediate Interpreter: Tap to click improvements After a lot of testing from ryant@, we've settled on these tap to click improvements: Decrease tap timeout from 200ms to 100ms, prohibit all taps within a border of the touchpad, and increase the existing palm detection border. BUG=chromium-os:23732 TEST=unittests pass, verified spurious taps from ryant's logs are suppressed. Change-Id: I855da589902ed75cb3f8206874e3f54981baddbc
