platform: graphics: Carry trace ID from tool harvest to gen_db_result
Add code to append the trace ID, generated by tool harvest, at the end
of the profile data. In turn, tool gen_db_result parses it from the
profile and adds it to DB result protobuf.
BUG=None
TEST=Build with emerge and make. Manually test trace-ID generation by
harvest and parsing by gen_db_result.
