platform/x86_64/fizz: split Fizz and Kalista platforms
Right now this is the only platform left with multiple values for
/identity:platform-name matching.
We can't just set the platform name to "Fizz" in the kalista
model.yaml, as it appears there's a couple of autotest tests relying
on this value :-(
Just fork the platform in two for now.
