hatch: Switch to using nonspd memory
Hatch uses generic SPD files which do not have part number in
them. Thus, switch hatch to using nonspd memory and rely on SMBIOS
tables to get the required information.
P.S. Some information like manufacturer id that doesn't get added to
SMBIOS tables will be missing, but should be okay since nothing relies
on it.
