mosys: Delete internal_cros_config_read_sku_info.
- It is now the same as cros_config_read_sku_info_struct, there is no
reason to have this fn. anymore.
TEST=Manually ran CrosConfig tast test w/ astronaut, caroline, elm, dru, and nautilus.
