modemfwd_switches: reflect new interface
get_usb_ids is no longer necessary since we supply this information
in a manifest, and get_carrier_fw_info has been expanded to return
all firmware version information.

TEST=emerge modemfwd and deploy, ensure that the L850-GL with the
new helper uses the main firmware version that does not contain
any carrier information
