Add FW update support for Raydium touchscreens
This CL adds in a new script to support updating touchscreens made by
Raydium. This is a new vendor for ChromeOS so an entirely new script is
added.
BUG=chrome-os-partner:55162
TEST=By manually placing FWs in the right places and setting up
symlinks by hand in /lib/firmware. The update script works as expected.
