chromeos-google-touch: read FW version after driver rebinding
We now read the active FW version again after any potential driver
rebinding in order to enable CrOS specific features of the
touchpad (e.g. hovering). We use the act to distinguish if we are
CrOS because the CrOS EC driver isn't used by any other OS and
getting the FW version is the only host command we can run by
using just the sysfs.
