Touchbot -- New nest/detector positions

I have reconfigured the robot to give myself more space when putting
devices on the table to be tested.  Previously the nest was right in the
middle.  This worked fine for touchpads, but when trying to run the FW
test on a touchscreen today I realized there just wasn't enough room.
I've moved the nest off to one side, opening up more space for the DUT.
As such the old positions for the fingertips/fingertip detectors are now
wrong.  This CL updates the pickled position files to reflect the new
location of the nest.

BUG=chromium:332424
TEST=I had the robot pick up/replace the fingertips and try to detect
them many times.  The new position files seem to work.
