Add diagnostics for ASRC memory errors in Atrus.
The v1.0.2 firmware for Atrus includes a workaround for a serious issue.
We would like to see how often the workaround is used in the field.
Therefore we make this change so the Atrus log will contain the new
ASRC diagnostics.
BUG=chromium:794894
TEST=I builded and deployed atrusctl on a guado.
I can see that the new diagnostics commands appear in the log as expected.
I also made sure that the old diagnostic command are still written to the log.
