mb/google/guybrush: Update signed PSP verstage blobs
Some GPIOs have been shuffled around including the ones used in PSP
verstage. So push the updated signed PSP verstage.

TEST=Build and boot to OS in Guybrush and Nipperkin. Ensure that the PSP
is in Production mode.
