mb/google/skyrim: Add signed PSP verstage binaries
CBFS verification is enabled and PSP verstage is updated to include the
metadata hash anchor. Here are the PSP verstage details:

TEST=Build BIOS image for all Skyrim variants with CBFS verification
enabled. Boot to OS in Skyrim. Ensure that PSP is in production mode.
