daisydog: drop explicit close call

This is a minor code shrinkage: we rely on the fact that the exit will
implicitly close the fd for us. We already told the watchdog that we
can safely close it, so it won't complain how the close happens.

TEST=starting & killing daisydog doesn't trigger watchdog reboot
