cros_ec_dev.c: Drop supporting FingerPrint

There are no known users of the flashrom cros_ec driver that
use the device subtype of 'fingerprint'. The fingerprint sensor
itself already has its own updater stack that uses a far more
modern and maintainable libec backend. As part of removing
cros_ec out of flashrom drop this support for this subtype.
