W25Q256: Set to use 4-byte addressing

According to the datasheet, 256Mbit+ devices use 4-byte address mode.
Making sure that these settings are set approprately.

BUG=b:111689817
BRANCH=None
TEST=sudo emerge flashrom
     flash bios image onto dragonegg DUT and make sure no errors.
     Boot up DUT and make sure bios version is updated.
