Supports --ignore-fmap argument to skip parsing fmap structure on flash.

Before, flashrom cannot continue if fmap structure is flaky (even -r).
After this CL, use --ignore-fmap to skip parsing.

TEST=tested on tegra2 platform that BIOS contains broken fmap structure.
