servo: add configuration for ZerbleBarn
ZerbleBarn is the Fingerprint daughter-board for Zoombini.
It has a UART and a SPI interface going to the Fingerprint MCU
and INAs.

TEST=run servod with 'sudo servod -b zerblebarn -c zerblebarn_inas.xml'
and flash the board using flash_ec.
