Modify the 3.0.0 upstream tsl2583 driver to support chromium os
2.6.32 attribute names and config. "SENSOR_TSL2583"

TEST=Shine a flashlight onto the light sensor while using this new driver.
watch -n 0.5 cat /sys/class/iio/device0/lux
Ensure that lux value reported does not hit 0 when the bright light is on
the sensor. Instead, it should top off at 65535.
