CHROMIUM: ASoC: config updates for sound on samus

Update the v4.14 kernel config to enable the legacy rt5677 Broadwell sound
drivers needed by samus.  With the current kernel config these coexist with
the SoF drivers used by octopus.

This kernel config has been normalized by running the
'chromeos/scripts/kernelconfig olddefconfig' script.
