Revert "FROMLIST: drm/bridge/synopsys: dw-hdmi: Handle audio for more clock rates"

This reverts commit 438b0382fc046ed6e9552c116e3f8d2e6718ef1e.

Upstream isn't going to land it and I'm 99.9% certain that it's not
needed with the auto-CTS patches.  Let's revert it so it's obvious
that it's not something we need.
