Revert "UPSTREAM: x86/tsc: Detect random warps"
This reverts commit 2404a94b2d994722f83515ea49b6aab6fa0b330e.
Celes has buggy tsc w/ unknown reason, forcing tsc reliable
drops container's performance making CTS regression, thus
fall back to hpet.
