CHROMIUM: ath10k: Add cal fail count logs in htt stats
Add calibration failure counts in the HTT stats under
the HTT_DBG_STATS_HALPHY_INFO stats.
This will give the calibration failure log count in the
HALPHY_INFO htt stats.

TEST=Able to get the calibration failure count in the
HALPHY htt stats.
