Revert "ANDROID: net: wireless: Decrease scan entry expiration to avoid stall results"
This reverts commit a116b28a5364b439306692bdada504cf35ee0c14.
Reason for revert: This commit was added in 3.14 and removed in 5.4.
Revert it now since it causes b/159414471 and upstream kernel has used
the value since 2012.
