CHROMIUM: ath10k: Add debugfs entry to confiugre retry count for non aggregated frames
Add support to configure retry threshold for non aggregated frames
using WMI_10_4_PDEV_PARAM_NON_AGG_SW_RETRY_TH pdev param
Command:
echo N > /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phyX/ath10k/non_aggr_sw_retry_thold
BUG=None
TEST=With this change, we can able to configure the retry count
for the non-aggregated frames.
