CHROMIUM: Change debug level to know who is winner for FW downloading.
The SD8797 firmware image is shared with between BT and mwifiex driver. We
shall change the debug level from BT_DBG to BT_INFO. By doing this, we would
have information in logs if the FW is downloaded by BT driver or not.

TEST=local build, run on snow, check dmesg for information on the winner in
downloading FW.
