CHROMIUM: Revert "net: sched: act_sample: fix psample group handling on overwrite"
This reverts commit 47cd2e188b643d49dce9aa805e896866e6936b50.
Revert prior to merge of v4.14.143/v4.14.144.
This patch causes cheets_GTS.7.0_r2.GtsContacts on betty-pi-arc-pre-cq to
fail when executed in the test system. The test does not fail if executed
manually in a VM. The root cause is unknown.
