CHROMIUM: config: enable Plantronics HID sub-driver
This change enables Plantronics HID driver (CONFIG_HID_PLANTRONICS=m)
that that we handle Plantronics devices properly.
BUG=chromium:417434
TEST=Tested various Plantronics devices on Squawks with 3.14 kernel,
verified that hid-plantronics is available and is bound to the devices
in question.
