Revert "CHROMIUM: Intel BT: Update firmware file for Intel Bluetooth 9560"

This reverts commit 8064327f3da8d14511513e0fc620eaea611283df.

Reason for revert: A SCO regression has been found in this FW, reverting until we improve stability.
