CHROMIUM: Add build options for libuuid/libblkid and libcap These libraries are optional. Add cmake flags that specify if they should be included or not. BUG=none TEST=ldd ganesha.nfsd with and without uuid use flag set, see libuuid optionally linked against. NFS-Ganesha is an NFSv3,v4,v4.1 fileserver that runs in user mode on most UNIX/Linux systems. It also supports the 9p.2000L protocol.
