FIX attributes pass back in pxy_lookup_path

In pxy_lookup_path, we test pnext to pass back attributes
only for the last entry when calling pxy_lookup_impl. The test
was inverted and led to entries without attrs when mdcache was
upon FSAL_PROXY. FSAL_PROXY tests revealed first mount error
when attrs of root entry were empty.
