Release Highlights

* multilock tool now builds with cmake, added ml_cephfs_client

* Valgrind exposed bug fixes

* MDCACHE - implement all missing obj_ops

* Set FSID / FileID during NFSv4 readdir

* Do permission checks on NFS v4 READ/WRITE with stateid

* Don't squash attributes when anonuid is 0

* Rescan filesystems if an error occurs during create_export after startup

* A few other minor things

Coverity Scan Build Status nfs-ganesha

NFS-Ganesha is an NFSv3,v4,v4.1 fileserver that runs in user mode on most UNIX/Linux systems. It also supports the 9p.2000L protocol.
