This service offers a way to perform proxy resolution using Windows APIs. This enables several Windows proxy features that are not otherwise supported in Chromium, including:

• Per-network interface proxy configurations
• Windows-like PAC script execution
• Windows-like WPAD devolution
• The NRPT
• DirectAccess
